Welcome to Party Fry, an event discovery, ticketing and event-access platform operated by Sataloop Technologies ("Sataloop", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use the Party Fry website, apps, scanner and related services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who is who

Guests find events and book tickets.
Organizers create events and sell tickets. When you buy a ticket, you buy it from the Organizer. Party Fry provides the technology that sells, delivers and checks the ticket.
Team members (hosts, gate staff, volunteers, vendors and event staff) are people an Organizer invites to work at an event. They use their own Party Fry accounts and can only do what the Organizer allows, for that event only.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or buy tickets. Organizers may set their own age limits for events.
Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Some events allow booking as a guest without an account. The rest of these Terms still apply.

3. Buying tickets

Prices are set by the Organizer. Any fees or taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment is made with one of the payment options shown at checkout. Some events require a manual payment that the Organizer confirms; your booking is only complete once the payment is confirmed.
Your ticket: once your booking is complete, your ticket with its unique QR code is available in your Party Fry account and in your booking confirmation email.
One code, one entry: each QR code admits one person. Keep it private. If a copy of your code is used first, entry may be refused or delayed while it is checked.
Resale and transfer: tickets may not be resold or transferred unless the Organizer allows it. Organizers and Party Fry may cancel tickets that were obtained or resold in breach of these Terms.

4. Entry, re-entry and perks

The Organizer, or their team, checks tickets at the gate. They may refuse entry under the event's rules and the law, for example for a ticket already used, a ticket for another event, an unpaid or cancelled booking, or unsafe behaviour.
Re-entry is decided by the Organizer for each event. It may be allowed, allowed within a time limit, allowed for some ticket types only, allowed only with approval, or not allowed. Where re-entry is allowed, ask to be checked out when you leave.
Perks such as free drinks, meals, merchandise or vendor discounts are provided by the Organizer or their vendors. They are linked to your ticket, can only be claimed as the Organizer has set (for example once per event or once per day), and have no cash value.

5. Refunds, cancellations and changes

Each event has a refund policy set by its Organizer, shown on the event page. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds work on Party Fry and what happens when an event is cancelled or moved.

6. Organizers

You are responsible for your events: the information you publish, holding the event as advertised, having the permits and permissions you need, venue safety and capacity, and honouring your refund policy and any perks you offer.
Your event content must be lawful, accurate and yours to use.
You are responsible for the people you invite to your event team and for the permissions you give them.
Payouts of your balance are made after the platform's fees and charges, and may be held while we check a payout, a dispute or suspected fraud.
We may unpublish an event or suspend an account that breaks these Terms or the law, or that puts guests at risk.

7. What you must not do

Use the Platform for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, including ticket touting where it is not allowed.
Copy, alter or share QR codes to get more people in than you paid for.
Try to get into accounts, data or parts of the Platform you are not allowed to use, or interfere with how the Platform works.
Copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell the Platform or its content.

8. Our content

The Party Fry name, logo, design, software and content belong to Sataloop Technologies or its licensors. You may use the Platform for its intended purpose only. Content that Organizers and users publish stays theirs; they allow us to show it on the Platform and to promote their events.

9. Availability

We work to keep Party Fry running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features.

10. Liability

Events are run by their Organizers, not by Party Fry. To the fullest extent the law allows, Sataloop Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from an event itself, including its cancellation, changes, or what happens at the venue. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Ghanaian consumer law that cannot be limited.

11. Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies we use.

12. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. If a dispute cannot be resolved with us directly, it will be heard by the courts of Ghana.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for important changes, tell you by email or on the Platform. If you keep using Party Fry after a change, the new Terms apply.
