Every ticket on Party Fry has a live status: not arrived, inside or outside. That lets you see your event as it happens and stops tickets being reused.

Scanning

Use the Party Fry scanner on any phone, or the scan desk in Access & attendance. Each scan shows the guest, the ticket type and the result: let in, already used, wrong event, cancelled or waiting for payment.

Re-entry rules

For each event, choose whether guests may come back after leaving: never, always, within a time limit, only for certain ticket types, or only with a supervisor. If a ticket is scanned in again without being checked out, Party Fry can refuse it or send it for review.

Corrections

If a guest was scanned by mistake, you can let them in anyway or reset their ticket. Corrections need a reason and are recorded in the scan history.

Live figures

Access & attendance shows how many guests are inside, outside and not yet arrived, plus re-entries, exits and refused scans.
