Most events need more than one pair of hands. On Party Fry your team members use their own accounts, and each can only do what you allow, for your event only.

Invite people

In Access & attendance, open your event and the Team tab. Invite people by email and choose a role: host, gate staff, volunteer, vendor or event staff. They accept the invitation from My event roles in their dashboard.

Permissions

Each role starts with sensible permissions. For example, volunteers can verify tickets and check guests in, and vendors can verify tickets and redeem perks. You can change any person's permissions.

Vendors

Choose which perks each vendor may redeem. A drinks vendor can give out free drinks but cannot touch the meal vouchers.

Removing someone

Remove a person from the team and they can no longer scan for your event, straight away. Every scan shows who made it.
